Registration

The Global Summit to End Diabetes Stigma offers attractive registration rates for individuals and groups.

Discounted rates are available for those who register early (i.e. before 30 November 2025) and for people who live with diabetes, for students and for people living in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

The registration fee includes: Summit programme, access to all sessions, access to all contributions (storytelling, scientific and impact), invitation to the pre-Summit welcome and networking reception (evening of 27th March), invitation to the Summit Dinner (evening of 28th March), lunch and refreshments (28th and 29th March), opportunity to contribute to the post-Summit ‘roadmap’ report.

Individual bookings

Discounted rates are available for people living with diabetes, students and people living in low- and middle-income countries. To register at the discounted rate, proof of eligibility is required.

Group bookings

We recommend that professionals attend the Global Summit with at least two colleagues from the same organisation. This provides the best opportunity for them to develop plans for how they will put their learnings into action when they return to their organisation.

For groups of 3-4 people, each person in the group will receive a 10% discount. For groups of 5-10, each person will receive a 20% discount. Please contact us to confirm the names of individuals in your group booking and then we will provide you with a voucher code to claim your discount.

Terms and Conditions

  • Registration is mandatory for all delegates attending the Global Summit.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Registration will be confirmed via email or via SMS on your registered mobile number after your payment is received.
  • The organiser will not be responsible for any date change of the Summit and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • The registration fee is refundable in case of cancellation of the Summit based on the cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by 31 December 2025.
  • A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by 31 January 2026.
  • Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after 31 January 2026. However, in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Summit Steering Committee.
  • All refunds will be processed 30 days after completion of the Summit.
