All international delegates are required to obtain a Conference Visa to attend the summit in India. The Government of India provides an online e-Conference Visa facility, which can be applied for through the official portal:

Applicants should select the appropriate e-Conference Visa category and carefully complete the online application form. It is advised to apply well in advance of your intended travel dates.

We have received the requisite permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, for organizing this international conference. The official MHA permission letter will be made available on our website for download and must be attached by participants while applying for the Conference Visa.
Please note that Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) clearance is required on an
individual basis for
each international
participant. To enable us to process MEA clearance on your behalf, participants must share the
required details at least
30 days prior to the conference dates.
