We warmly welcome international participants to attend the Global Summit to End Diabetes Stigma in Jaipur, India.
All international participants will need to apply for an e-Conference Visa, unless they already have an appropriate visa in place.
Please find below detailed information regarding the Conference Visa application process, required documents, and necessary government permissions.
The Government of India provides an online e-Conference Visa facility, which can be accessed through the official portal:

Applicants should select the appropriate e-Conference Visa category and carefully complete the online application form. It is advised to apply well in advance of your intended travel dates.
Here is a step-by-step guide to apply for an online e-Conference visa:
1. Register here to attend the Summit.
2. Click here to submit a form to enable Rx Events to apply for MEA clearance on your behalf. The following details and documents must be submitted by 31 January:
3. Wait for Rx Events to apply for MEA clearance after 31 January.
4. Meanwhile, book your flights, as you will need to upload proof of onward travel when you apply for your visa.
5. Once Rx Events has received MEA clearance, Rx Events will send you a Personal Letter of Invitation.
6. Download MHA permission letter
7. Apply for a Conference Visa using the required documents listed below.
8. Wait for your visa application to be approved. We are advised that this should happen within 3–4 days.
9. NB: If you did not register and upload your passport page by 31 January, you will not be included in the initial application for MEA clearance. In this case, contact Rx Events directly to request MEA clearance at rahul@rxevents.co.in.
The following documents are generally required while applying for an e-Conference Visa:
Rx Events has received the requisite permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, for organizing this international conference. The official MHA permission letter is available (download here) and must be attached by participants while applying for the e-Conference Visa.
Please note that Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) clearance is required on an individual basis for each international participant. To enable Rx Events to process MEA clearance on your behalf, participants must share the required details at least 30 days prior to the conference dates.

Failure to provide the above information within the stipulated timeframe may result in delays or inability to obtain the necessary clearance, which could affect visa approval.
Visa approval is subject to the discretion of the Government of India. Participants are advised that they must book their travel (for proof of return or onwards travel) but they are strongly advised not to make irreversible travel arrangements until their visa has been officially approved.
